Amendment in S.R.O 966(I)/2022 dated 30.06.2022

(CUSTOMS)

Islamabad, the15th March, 2024.

S.R.O. 407 (I)/2024.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 966(I)/2022, dated the 30th day of June, 2022, namely: -

2. In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), -

(i) against S. No. 98, in column (4), for the figure "20", the expression "30% for one year", shall be substituted;

(ii) after S. No. 144 and the corresponding entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), shall be inserted, namely: -

"144A | 2917.3920 | Di-Octyl Terephthalate (DOTP) | 15% till 30th June,2024";

and

(iii) against S. No. 168A, in column (4), for the expression "10% till 31st Dec., 2023 and 5% from 1st January 2024 to 30th June,2024", the expression "10% till 30th June,2024", shall be substituted.

3. This Notification shall take effect on and from the 16th day of March, 2024.
