S.R.O. 393 (I)/2015.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), and in supersession of its Notification No.S.R.O.132(I)/2015, dated the 12th February, 2015, the Federal Government is pleased to levy regulatory duty at the rate of 7% ad valorem on the import of Furnace oil (PCT code 2710.1941).
