Islamabad, the 7th May, 2013
CUSTOMS
S. R. O. 388 (I)/2013. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18D of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1053(I)/2011, dated the 16th November, 2011, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for the full stop, at the end, a colon shall be substituted and thereafter the following shall be added, namely:-
"Provided that twenty-four thousand rupees per Goods Declaration (GD) shall be leviable as service charges for processing of U.S and NATO led ISAF cargo under Web Based One Customs (WeBOC). The said service charges shall be increased ten per cent

annually and for this purpose the date of commencement as mentioned in the Customs General Order 10 of 2012 shall be reckoned as reference date.".
