NOTIFICATION
S.R.O. 1885(I)/2025.- In exercise of the powers conferred under section 9 of the Pakistan Single Window Act, 2021 (Act III of 2021), the Pakistan Single Window Governing Council is pleased to direct that the Port Community System including the Maritime Single Window shall apply to the other Government Agencies or Authorities and the relevant sub-ordinate departments as specified in column (2) of the table below with effect from dates mentioned against each as specified in column (3) of the said Table, namely: -
