NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 176(I)/2013. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 155A of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that 8th March, 2013 shall be the date from which provisions of Chapter XVI-A of the said Act shall apply to all the notified Customs-station throughout Pakistan and equipped with the Customs Computerized System.
