S.R.O. 1637 (I)/2024.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), read with sections 30 and 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990 and in supersession of its Notification No. S.R.O 2301(I)/2022, dated the 22nd December, 2022, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to appoint: -
