(Customs)
S.R.O. 1579 (I)/2024. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O 901(I)/2023, dated the 7th July, 2023, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(a) in the preamble, for the expression "Frontier Corps [Balochistan (North/South) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (North/South)]", the expression "and Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (North/South)" shall be substituted; and
(b) in condition (ii), the words "Balochistan and' shall be omitted.
