NOTIFICATION
CUSTOMS

S.R.O. 131(I)/2013. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 575(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), against Sr. No. 35-A, in column (2),-

(a) in column (2), for the caption, the following new caption shall be substituted, namely:-

"Following items for promotion of renewable energy technologies:-"; and

(b) against sub-serial (6), in column (5), the following condition shall be added, namely:-

"Subject to certification by AEDB that the inverters, charge controllers and batteries being imported are in quantities which commensurate with the PV modules being imported.".
