S.R.O. 1301 (I)/2020. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of section 9 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O. 102(I)/83, dated the 12th February, 1983, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Schedule, under the heading 'D', against serial No.15, in column 3, in clause (b), after the word "admissible", the words "except cement" shall be inserted.
