S.R.O. 1015(I)/2014.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to levy during the current financial year a regulatory duty at the rate of twenty percent ad valorem on the import of wheat, falling under Pakistan Customs Tariff Headings 1001.1900 and 1001.9900 of the First Schedule to the said Act.
