COLLECTORS OF CUSTOMS (APPEALS)

SRO 1004(I)/ 2009: - In exercise of the powers conferred by section [illegible] and 4 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) and in supersession of earlier notifications / orders on the subject, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to order the following jurisdiction for deciding the appeals against the orders passed by the officers upto the rank of Additional Collectors in respect of the relevant Collectorates of Customs as given against each:
