1. Short title and commencement
(1) This Ordinance shall be called the Assets Declaration (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendments of section 3 of the Assets Declaration Act, 2019
In the Assets Declaration Act, 2019, hereinafter referred to as the said Act, in section 3, for the expression “30th June, 2019”, the expression “3rd July, 2019” shall be substituted.
3. Amendment of section 6 of the Assets Declaration Act, 2019
In the said Act, in section 6, in sub-section (1), for the expression “30th June, 2019”, the expression “3rd July, 2019” shall be substituted.
4. Amendment of section 8 of the Assets Declaration Act, 2019
In the said Act, in section 8, for the expression “30th June”, wherever occurring, the expression “3rd July” shall be substituted.
5. Amendment of Schedule of the Assets Declaration Act, 2019
In the said Act, in the Schedule, in clause (2), -
(a) for the expression “30th June”, the expression “3rd July” shall be substitute; and
(b) in the Table, in Column (1), against Serial No.1, in Column (2), for the expression “30th June”, the expression “3rd July” shall be substituted.
